Why it’s important…

Feedback helps our management team make decisions relating to the venue, ladies rosters and what areas to dedicate time and efforts towards.

We appreciate everyone that takes the time to submit their feedback about their experience(s) with Discreet Gentlemen’s Club.

We would particularly like to know your opinions on:

Is the website easy to read and navigate? Do you think there are areas we can improve on?  We’d like to know about it!

We regularly work alongside our IT team to upgrade our online facilities and presence to make our website as intuitive as possible – so that clients can easily access the information they need. We try to work collaboratively with our clients to have a website that reflects our clients needs and interests.

Any suggestions or concerns will be forwarded to the IT team to address, ensuring a better experience for all.

We strive to live up to our reputation as Newcastle’s #1 Adult Venue – in every sense of the word.  We do this by regular maintenance, cleaning schedules and planned renovations.

If you’ve had a particularly good (or bad) experience with one of the ladies at Discreet Gentlemen’s Club – we’d like to hear about it!

As we do not have ‘first-hand’ experience on ladies’ services, client feedback is critical for management and staff to know how our ladies’ operate (and their quality of service).  This information is vital to understand how to better promote ladies and pair clients with the lady that is more suited to their needs.

We understand that a number of clients are hesitant to provide negative feedback about a lady, citing that they, “don’t want to get the lady in trouble” – please rest assured – We strive to create a productive environment for ladies to apply their trade in, which means professional discussions with ladies regarding feedback (helping them improve).

Our management team is highly experienced, and understands the high level of nuance and subjectivity involved in any intimate experience – although a lady might not have been your cup of tea, she may have perfectly been someone else’s – feedback, both positive or negative, helps us understand exactly which ladies suit certain clients/services.

How did our reception team or driving staff do?
